Step1: Inquiry

You have a product to produce,then you can send us drawings, samples or even rough schetches for inquiry.

Step2: Technical Clarification

We work with you to determine the casting process and finishing process. We advise on suitable materials, draft angles, wall thicknesses, achievable tolerances etc.

Step3: Quotation

After technical clarification, we calculate mold cost, material cost, casting cost, machining cost, finishing cost, inspection cost, packing cost, logistic cost etc. and offer you a competitive price.

Step4: Samples

After you place order to us, we prepare samples for confirmation. If you need prototypes for product test, we are able to manufacture these by using CNC machining in short timescale.

Step5:Mass Production

After product test, we start mass production. According to required delivery date, we make reasonable production plan to realize seamless connection between different processes.

Step6:Packing & Delivery

After final inspection, we pack the finished castings in accordence with our customers’ request and the international transportation standard. We deliver the well-packed castings to port.

Are you a trading company or factory?

We are a 20-year-experienced casting company/manufacturer dedicated to manufacture various cast metal products and supply our client one-stop service from casting to finishing.

How to get quotation from you?

Our quotation is based on 3d models or detailed 2d drawings from clients. Samples are also acceptable to calculate price. We welcome 3d models in native UG (.prt), Pro/E (.prt), Solidworks (.sldprt) format. 3d files in other common format as .igs, .stp, .x_t, .x_b, .sat are also acceptable.

When can we get your quotation?

Our quotation will be ready within 48 hours after receiving client’s inquiry. For urgent case, the time can be shortened to few hours.

Can you produce based on samples?

Yes, we can. Our powerful reverse engineering capability enable us manufacture products exactly according to samples provided by clients.

Can you provide samples on your web?

Sorry, we can’t. We are OEM cast products manufacturer. The designing and drawings of our products belong to our clients. We sign NDA with all of our clients. As a professional foundry, we won’t leak any sensitive information of our clients to any third party.

Can we use your existing mold?

Sorry, we can’t. The mold property belongs to our client who paid, and our client can take the mold away any time they want. We have no right to use our client’s mold for any third party without permission.

How about your price terms?

Our price terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, DDU, DDP, etc.
