Scraper conveyor chain, as the core traction component of the continous transportation equipment for bulk materials, has outstanding performance in four aspects: reliability, adaptability, durability, and intelligence. The combination of chains and scrapers achieve continuous conveying of materials, within a closed or semi closed shell, materials can be pushed to achieve horizontal, inclined, or vertical conveying, which is widely used in heavy-duty industries, such as underground mines, cement, grain, coal washing, and metallurgical plants so on. As a key link in material conveying, our scraper conveyor chains have stable operation, high strength and wear resistance, which helps improve your production efficiency and equipment stability.

High load capacity and stable transportation
By rigid connection between the chains and scraper, it can achieve stable and high-capacity transportation of various bulk materials, such as coal, slag, cement, and grain etc. Scraper chains are suitable for heavy-duty, low-speed, and continuous operation cases.

Strong structure, suitable for harsh working conditions
With high-strength alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi), the hardness can reach HRC45-60 after heat treatment. Its wear and impact resistances adapt to harsh environments of coal mines, power plant slag, and metallurgical high temperatures etc.

High reliability and low maintenance cost
By precisely customizing chains pitch, selecting appropriate materials, and strict heat treatment technology, ensure high tensile strength of chains, and effectively reduce the broken risk of chains, and there is no significant shaking during operation, reducing the wear of chains, guide rail and sprockets, lower the noise during operation, and reduce the long-term maintenance cost.

Flexible arrangement, multi-directional conveying capability
Not only supports horizontal conveying, but can also be designed for inclined or even vertical conveying according to special needs (such as the chain used in MC type buried scraper conveyor), which can adapt to complex terrain and space limits.

Coal Industry
During coal mining underground, scraper chains can transport raw coal and various mixed materials. By cooperation with coal mining machines and hydraulic brackets, it can achieve mechanization of comprehensive mining.
Chemical Industry
Regarding the powdered or granular materials in chemical industry, such as plastic pellets, resin powder, fertilizers, pesticides etc., our scraper chains can adapt to complete closed conveyor, effectively solve the issues of dust overflow, material moisture and cross contamination.
Building Materials Industry
By using alloy steel with deep-layer heat treatment, our scraper chains have high surface hardness and thick layer of wear-resistance, which can transport high dust and abrasive materials(such as cement, lime, sand and gravel, fly ash, slag, quartz sand, etc.), while keep long service life under high-speed running.
Grain and Feed Industry
Our scraper chains are uitable to transport agricultural products (such as corn, soybeans, wheat, soybean meal, grain hulls, bran, starch, etc.), free from material jamming, breakage, residue during transportation, meet food grade hygiene requirements, and significantly improve work efficiency and reducing labor intensity for workers.

Quality Inspection Equipment

With advanced and comprehensive quality inspection equipments, MATECH ensures that scraper chains have qualified dimensions, chemical composition, mechanical properties, wear resistance, etc. For example, use hardness tester to check the surface and core hardness of chain links and pins; Use spectrometer to quickly and accurately analyze the chemical composition of materials; Simulate operating conditions through chain pre-tension testing machine, to test tension, noise, and stability; Use tensile testing machine to determine the maximum breaking load of the chains, ensuring its safety and reliability in industrial applications.

Can you custom make scraper chains according to my design or prototype samples?
Yes. We can newly customize the chains according to your own design. If you don't have technical drawings, we can also reproduce it according to your original samples if you have.

Could you please quote sea freight on CFR delivery term?
Sure. Please let us know which destination port is nearest to you, and we will check economical sea freight with our forwarders, based on estimated packing data. So that you can better evaluate the comprehensive costs.

What's your warranty period for scraper chains?
Please note we will produce the chains according to the hardness in the drawings. About the lifetime, it's hard to supply an accurate reply to you, mainly because we don't know the use environment and use frequency. But we will supply QA report to you when delivery. Only qualified parts could be shipped to you for use. Normally customized scraper chains are not suitable for warranty.

Can you supply the Certificate of Origin of chains?
Yes. We can supply the Certificate of Origin of chains when delivery, and the extra certificate cost will be quoted when you require.

For scraper chains, what material of scraper you can do?
We can provide various scraper materials, mainly depending on your usage environment and the chains working conditions. The scraper materials we usually use include carbon steel, wear-resistant steel, stainless steel, rubber, nylon, and polyethylene so on.

Do you have tensile testing machine in house?
Yes. For each shipment, our QA team will check the maximum breaking load of scraper chains through the tensile testing machine, and prepare relevant inspection report, to ensure its safety and reliability during your use.
