Matech have 3 kinds of die casting machine. 220 Ton, 400 Ton, 800 Ton. Depending on the different sizes of the products and volume,the right machine and cavities per tooling will be selected for manufacture.

Ⅲ.Grinding and Shot Blasting

Rough grinding to remove burrs and fine grinding

Ⅳ.Precision Machining

CNC Machining/ Lathing/ Milling/ Turning/ Boring/ Drilling/ Tapping/ Broaching/Reaming/Grinding/Honing and etc.

Machining Tolerance : From 0.005mm-0.01mm-0.1mm

Machined Surface Quality : Ra 0.8-Ra3.2 according to customer requirement

Ⅴ.Surface Treatment

Ⅵ.Finished Product Inspection

We have very strict quality control process:

In coming Quality control (IQC) – All incoming raw material are checked before used.
In process quality control (IPQC) – Perform inspections during the manufacturing process.
Final quality control (FQC) – All finished goods are inspected according to our quality standard for each products.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – Our QC team will 100% full inspection before it goes out for shipment.
Proper Quarantine procedure – For those products got rejected to pass the quality control, they will specially marked and dispose.

Are you a trading company or factory?

We are a 20-year-experienced casting company/manufacturer dedicated to manufacture various cast metal products and supply our client one-stop service from casting to finishing.

How to get quotation from you?

Our quotation is based on 3d models or detailed 2d drawings from clients. Samples are also acceptable to calculate price. We welcome 3d models in native UG (.prt), Pro/E (.prt), Solidworks (.sldprt) format. 3d files in other common format as .igs, .stp, .x_t, .x_b, .sat are also acceptable.

When can we get your quotation?

Our quotation will be ready within 48 hours after receiving client’s inquiry. For urgent case, the time can be shortened to few hours.

Can you produce based on samples?

Yes, we can. Our powerful reverse engineering capability enable us manufacture products exactly according to samples provided by clients.

Can you provide samples on your web?

Sorry, we can’t. We are OEM cast products manufacturer. The designing and drawings of our products belong to our clients. We sign NDA with all of our clients. As a professional foundry, we won’t leak any sensitive information of our clients to any third party.

Can we use your existing mold?

Sorry, we can’t. The mold property belongs to our client who paid, and our client can take the mold away any time they want. We have no right to use our client’s mold for any third party without permission.

How about your price terms?

Our price terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, DDU, DDP, etc.
