The process of CNC machining is ideal for the production of parts and components with complex geometries and tight tolerances.The manufacturing process is automated, high precision and large-scale production. CNC Milling and CNC Turning are two type of manufacturing craft mostly used.

MATECH owned domestic advanced CNC processing production lines.We have powerful manufacturing capability, our automatic lathes, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, stamping machines and cold heading machines plus auxiliary equipment like milling machine, grinding machine, EDM and the cooperation of our partners, we are able to support every different components regardless of the prototyping or series production.

Matech always put quality first,all finished goods are inspected according to our quality standard for each products. Meanwhile, every step was recorded and we issue the testing report, to deliver the qualified products for you.

In coming Quality control (IQC) – All incoming raw material are checked before used.
In process quality control (IPQC) – Perform inspections during the manufacturing process.
Final quality control (FQC) – All finished goods are inspected according to our quality standard for each products.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – Our QC team will 100% full inspection before it goes out for shipment.
Proper Quarantine procedure – For those products got rejected to pass the quality control, they will specially marked and dispose.
